Dr. Frieling is dedicated to helping underserved communities. She is partnering with the Pedro Martinez Charity and spearheading a medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic to provide free medical care to the underserved community.
For every dollar you spend, Dr. Frieling will donate a percentage to a charity which is near and dear to her heart.
Dr. Frieling has a close relationship with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, as her husband, Grant, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the young age of 12. She is invested in finding a cure sooner rather than later.
Each year, JDRF holds a Gala to raise awareness and funds for Type 1 Diabetes. In 2018, Dr. Frieling attended and had the honor of winning the live auction item to design a signature and one-of-a-kind shoe by Thom Solo, a Boston-based shoe designer that has designed shoes for Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Carrie Underwood, and more.
