Meet The Team

Lexi is a licensed registered nurse based in Massachusetts, holding a Bachelor’s degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Her educational background also includes a prior degree in Dietetics from UNH, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the impact of nutrition on overall health. Lexi has been in the field of nursing for a little over three years. She has accumulated experience working in both an inpatient Medical floor and an outpatient Dermatology unit at BIDMC. It was during her time in the Dermatology unit that her interest in skin health was sparked, leading her to recognize the importance of caring for the body’s largest organ. Lexi is passionate about assisting individuals to feel more comfortable in their own skin and foster their well-being. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys all things health and wellness, spending time with family and friends and good food and drinks.

Jessika Leonard is a graduate of the BFA program at UMass Amherst where she focused in film photography. Following her passion for artistic beauty and the skincare industry, Jessika later attended Catherine Hinds Institute and obtained her Massachusetts license in 2014 as an Aesthetician. With an extensive background in client services and business management, Jessika provides direct support to the patients, Dr. Frieling and the incredible Team at GFaceMD. In her free time, Jessika can be found doting on her animals, catching a live music performance, heading to the beach or to a yoga class.

Kourtney is a Registered Nurse at GFaceMD. She went to Providence College undergrad where she studied Biology and played Volleyball. Following undergrad, she completed the Accelerated Bachelor Science of Nursing Program at Curry College. After ten years of nursing experience in a hospital/critical care setting, she decided to pursue her love for aesthetics and embark on a new journey in the world of non-surgical cosmetic procedures. The transition from traditional nursing to aesthetic nursing allows her to combine my medical expertise with an artistic touch, creating natural and transformative outcomes for her patients. With a warm and empathetic approach, Kourtney’s goal is to ensure that each client feels comfortable and supported throughout their aesthetic journey. She takes time to understand each patient’s unique goals and desires. When she is not at work, she loves enjoying life with her husband and two sons on Cape Cod.

This incredible treatment stimulates natural collagen production, restoring volume and reducing lines for a more radiant, lifted look.

Alexia is a registered nurse from Massachusetts who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University. During Alexia’s three years of experience as a nurse, she has been caring for patients in the emergency department setting where helped patients in various critical situations. While working in the hospital, Alexia recognized her passion for gaining knowledge in the field of aesthetic medicine. Alexia joins GFaceMD excited to assist patients in feeling their best and helping them achieve their desired aesthetic goals. In her time outside of work, Alexia enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and trying new restaurants.

Francesca joins the GFaceMD team with a passion for helping clients feel balanced, confident, and radiant in their own skin. She recognized her love for beauty and aesthetic medicine early on, which led her to pursue a career in nursing and specialize as an aesthetic nurse injector. As a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University, Francesca combines her medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, personalized results. She is dedicated to enhancing each client’s unique features while prioritizing safety, precision, and the latest aesthetic techniques. Outside of work, Francesca enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and prioritizing health and wellness.

Kailey is a recent graduate at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she obtained her BBA in Marketing. Growing up as a competitive dancer and a UMass Dance Team alumni, Kailey is passionate about health and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and going to different fitness classes. Kailey is thrilled to be in the Medical Aesthetics industry and using her business knowledge to expand the practice.

Sarah is a Master Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician, and Phlebotomist who graduated from the Master Aesthetician Program at Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2019. With over seven years of experience in the field, she is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized treatments, cutting-edge technology, and advanced skincare solutions. As a skilled laser technician, Sarah specializes in a variety of laser treatments designed to address concerns such as skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and hair removal. Her expertise in phlebotomy also allows her to perform advanced regenerative procedures, further enhancing her ability to deliver results-driven treatments. She is thrilled to be part of the GFaceMD team, working alongside a group of professionals who share her commitment to achieving natural, beautiful results. Beyond aesthetics, Sarah enjoys spending time in nature, traveling, and focusing on health and wellness.

Sydney is a graduate of the University of Florida where she received her Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in International Businesses. With a background in business operations and education, Sydney provides support to the clinical education development of GFaceMD, GFace Academy, and FACEit Live. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog.

Olivia is set to graduate from Spatech Institute in April 2025 with a Massachusetts Aesthetician license. She is deeply passionate about skincare and skin health, and eager to expand her knowledge in the medical aesthetics field. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, and spending time with her friends and family.

Julia Athena is a photographer and creative specialist at GFaceMD, bringing a refined eye for detail and a unique international perspective. Trained in Greece and now based in New England, Julia is passionate about bringing visual content to life in ways that elevate and strengthen brand identity. Through thoughtful imagery and strategic storytelling, she helps shape a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.
